Pakal was conceived as an informal, beach-spirited bar offering a high-quality mixology program. The intent was to fuse the relaxation and closeness of an unpretentious space with the care, precision, and knowledge behind every drink.

The identity and design favored subtlety, avoiding visual overload and allowing the materials, atmosphere, and details to build the experience. A place where quality is felt without being imposed, and where informality and excellence coexist naturally.
